Our Team

Mr. Dell’Aquila has been with Parallel since March of 2010.  Mr. Dell’Aquila has over ten years of experience as a private equity and public equity investor and 14 years of total corporate finance experience.  Prior to joining Parallel, he worked as a Principal at Southfield Capital Advisors, a lower middle-market private equity firm where he led or participated in two successful platform investments, provided active oversight of two portfolio companies and led one successful portfolio exit.  Prior to joining Southfield Capital Advisors in 2006, Mr. Dell’Aquila was a Research Analyst and member of the investment team at Sasco Capital, a $3.5 billion special situations public equity fund.  Prior to joining Sasco in 2001, Mr. Dell’Aquila was the Director of Finance & Corporate Development for Pangea, Ltd, a private equity-funded telecommunications company.  Mr. Dell’Aquila started his career as a Financial Analyst in the leveraged finance group at Bear, Stearns in 1998.  Mr. Dell’Aquila graduated from Hamilton College where he received a B.A. in Economics.  He also studied at Oxford University.
