Our Team

Mr. Fletcher founded Parallel in August of 1999, serves as the managing partner of the Firm, and currently serves on the boards of six of Parallel’s portfolio companies.  Prior to founding and managing Parallel, Mr. Fletcher was a Partner with SKM, where he was an early member of the investment team that invested two pools of committed capital totaling approximately $800 million over seven years.  Mr. Fletcher has over 20 years of private equity investing experience.  Prior to joining SKM in 1992, Mr. Fletcher worked at Wasserstein Perella & Co. in both the Merchant Banking and Mergers and Acquisitions departments and at Trammell Crow Ventures where he specialized in real estate acquisitions and divestitures.  Mr. Fletcher is a graduate of Yale University, where he received a B.A. in both Mathematics and Economics.
